Something about the expressions that she captured in her portraits really intrigued me. The funny thing is, she was actually at the National American Rabbit Breeders Convention in Rhode Island in 2004 – one of the same years that my crew came out to shoot. I knew I wanted her to be a part of Rabbit Fever somehow, so I was happy that she agreed to help me take some publicity stills for the film. I absolutely love these old photographs that I found while doing research on the American Rabbit Breeders Association (founded in 1910).  Next year will mark ARBA’s 100th year anniversary.
